WWE booked two events at Tuesday night's Smackdown TV taping in Seattle with implications for WrestleMania 26. The following are two spoiler items that will play out on Friday night's episode of Smackdown.
-- Rey Mysterio vs. C.M. Punk was made official for the WrestleMania 26 PPV line-up. Smackdown will open with an angle involving Mysterio's entire family, Punk making Rey's family cry, and the match being set up. -- Intercontinental champion Drew McIntyre finally qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania when he was fed a jobber in a dual IC Title/MITB qualifying match. McIntyre will be the ninth man in the match after WWE initially set the field at eight wrestlers. The complete field will now be McIntyre, Kane, Dolph Ziggler, Shelton Benjamin, and Matt Hardy from the Smackdown brand and Christian, MVP, Jack Swagger, and Evan Bourne from the Raw brand. |
